摘要
对棘头梅童鱼幼鱼进行生物学特性的初步观察和研究。结果表明,棘头梅童鱼幼鱼的适宜生活盐度范围为5‰～29‰,极限生存盐度范围为2‰～42‰。对盐度的突变适应能力很强。在试验条件下,水温上下限分别为35.0℃和7.8℃。棘头梅童鱼幼鱼对淡水的耐受在20min以内。
The biological characteristics of Collichthy lueidus （Richardson） juveniles were studied . The results showed that the suitable salinity of C. lueidus juvenile ranged from 5‰ to 29‰, the ultimate living salinity ranged from 2%‰ to 42‰. The adapt- ing ability to salinity sudden change was very unyielding. Under the testing condition, the top and bottom of limited temperature was 35.0℃ and 7.8℃, respectively. The tolerance to freshwater was within 20 min.
