摘要
双师素质教师队伍体系的构建是高职院校师资队伍建设的必由之路。本文通过对双师素质教师内涵的分析提出高职院校构建双师素质教师队伍体系的具体措施。
The built - up of double- skilled teacher teams is the only way to improve teachers＇ qualifications in secondary vocational school. Through analyzing the connotation of double- skilled teacher, some concrete measures of building double- skilled teacher teams are came up with in this article.
