摘要
台湾地区近20年来,政治体制的转型备受瞩目。从台湾地区的选举制度、经济发展、政党转型、机关文化、媒体传播、议会、地方派系等不同层面来看,台湾地区所推行的民主政治存在许多弊端,民粹主义、分化族群与台独意识一直成为选举操作的手法。台湾地区的民主并未走向真正健康的道路。
In recent 20 years, the political structuring of Taiwan Region has attracted attention. Taking into consideration Taiwan＇s electoral system, party transformation, bureaucracy media, parliament, local in-groups, we may find many defects in Taiwan＇s democracy, such as the populism, the division of ethnic groups and the notion of Taiwan independence that have always been adopted for election. Taiwan＇s democracy is not as healthy as it appears to be.
