摘要
经济全球化对各国的社会、经济、文化以及法律制度均产生各种影响。随着我国市场经济体制的建立和完善,我国经济法的发展必将受到经济全球化的影响,具体表现为经济全球化对我国经济法赖以存在的经济基础、社会基础和法律文化的影响,从而使得我国经济法的发展要适应经济全球化的趋势。
Economic globalization produces many influences on society, economy, culture and legal system of different countries. With the construction and perfection of Chinese market economic system, economic globalization will influence the development of Chinese economic law. It reflects on the economic, social and legal and culture foundation of Chinese economic law, which makes the development of Chinese economic law adapt to the tendency of economic globalization.
