摘要
利用纳米SiO2粒子本身所具备的优良性质,通过物理或化学方法使其与不同材料如金属、半导体、无机或有机材料复合,可以制得各种具有特殊性能的纳米复合材料。该文概述了纳米SiO2的优异性能;综述了纳米SiO2/金属、纳米SiO2/无机和纳米SiO2/有机复合材料的研究现状及进展,其中对纳米SiO2/有机复合材料的综述最详,计有纳米SiO2/酯类、纳米SiO2胺类、纳米SiO2/木材、纳米SiO2/环氧树脂、纳米SiO2/聚烯烃类和纳米SiO2/橡胶等6类复合材料。此外,还指出了有待进一步探索与开发的问题,并对其发展做了展望。
Nano-SiO2 particles have many excellent characteristics, and lots of nano-composites possessing of special properties could be obtained by compositing nano-SiO2 particles with different materials, such as metal, semiconductor, inorganic, organic materials, and so on, through physical or chemical method. In the present paper, some unique properties of nano-SiO2 are simply introduced, the current research development of nano-SiO2/metal, nano-Si02/inorganic and nano-Si02/polymer composites is reviewed, and the development prospect is also forecasted.
