摘要
本文首先讨论了语文必然性的哲学基础。接着从语音、语形、语义和语法四个层面探讨了语文必然性的语言学根据。着重阐述了作者16年前提出的音义同构理论（亦谓之音义象构必然相应律）。文章还对索绪尔的能指与所指关系理论、身体姿势无内在价值理论及一般学者普遍认同的语言约定俗成论进行了批判。最后对索绪尔现象在当代学术界的学术意义进行了重新评估。
The Present paper begins with the discussion of the philosophic basis of linguistic necessity and further demonstrates how linguistic necessity manifests itself in phoneme,writing system,semanteme and grammar. The author reiterates his linguistic theory advanced 17 years ago about the intrinsic correspondence between sound and meaning.The article criticizes Ferdinand De Saussure＇s assertions that the bond between the signifier and the signified is arbitrary and that gestures have no intrinsic value.Moreover, the paper challenges the predominantly accepted idea by Chinese scholars that language is shaped by the agreement on the part of the majority of people. The paper ends with a reevaluation of Saussure＇ s real academic significance meant for the modem academic circles.
