摘要
本文为福建省松树线虫调查的第二部分,报道3种伞真滑刃线虫,即瑞氏伞真滑刃线虫Bursaphelenchus rainulfi Braasch,2002、泰国伞真滑刃线虫Bursaphelenchus thailandae Braasch,2002和伞真滑刃线虫未定种Bursaphe-lenchussp.瑞氏伞真滑刃线虫在形态描述上与原始文献相同,a值和b值与原始数据略有差别;泰国伞真滑刃线虫各项测量数据与原始文献均接近;伞真滑刃线虫未定种与小松伞真滑刃线虫(Bursaphelenchus.pinasteri)相似,但未定种热杀死后尾部弯成钩状,末端钝圆无尾尖突,口针基部有膨大,且a值和c值与小松伞真滑刃线虫有较大差别.
In this part, three Bursaphelenchus species are reported： B. rainulfi Braasch, 2002, B. thailandae Braasch, 2002 and Bursaphelenchus sp. There species were all found in dead wood of Pinus massoniana from Xiamen and Quanzhou in Fujian province, China. The measurements of B. rainulfi are similar to Malaysia populations,but different in a（28.7± 1.5（25.8-31.8） to 32±5.1 （23-40） in female,29.5±1.5（26.2-32.2） to 35±5.0（25-44） in male） and c（22.2±1.5（19.4-25.2） to 25±4. 4（19-38） in male）. The measurements of B. thailandae in Zhangzhou are similar to Thailand populations,but a little different in b（11.0± 1.5（8. 7 -13.0） to 8.8±0.5（7.9-9.4） in female,7.8±0.9（6.9-9.3） to 8.9±0. 9（7.0-10.0） in male）. Bursaphelenchus sp. is similar to B. pinasteri,but different in the styler and tail shape,the styler of Bursaphelenchus sp. with slight swellings but B. pinasteri without,the tail of B. pinasteri have small mucro but Bursaphelenchus sp haven＇t.
