摘要
目的本研究旨在设计并实施电视腹腔镜辅助的小切口阑尾切除术，并探讨其实际应用价值．方法作者１９９５年３月～１９９６年４月采用德国Ｗｏｌｆ公司２５°广角腹腔镜及其配套设备与器械，自制麦氏切口自动钢丝牵开器及开腹手术器械成功地为１００例急性阑尾炎患者实施了这一手术．结果本组术后２４ｈ内胃肠功能均恢复，术后５ｄ～７ｄ出院，平均住院５８ｄ，无手术并发症．结论本术综合了开腹手术与腹腔镜手术优点，既创伤轻、痛苦小、恢复快，又缩短了手术时间，降低了手术费用。
AIM To design and perform video assisted small incisional appendectomy and evaluate its application in the operation. METHODS From March 1995 to April 1996, we successfully performed this operation on 100 patients with acute appendicitis using 25° wide angle laparoscope and the equipment made by the Wolf Company in Germany, the self made automatic steel wire retractor and surgical instruments for open operations. RESULTS All patients had their gestrointestinal functions recovered 24 hours after the operation and were discharged 5 7 days (mean 5 8 days) after the operation without any complications. CONCLUSION This operation has both advantages of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery, with slight trauma, mild pain, early repair, shorter time and lower cost.
