依托咪酯在心血管患者麻醉诱导时的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察心血管麻醉的诱导中依托咪酯不同用法对血流动力学的影响。方法选择26例心脏手术患者,随机分成两组,Ⅰ组依次用依托咪酯0.3mg/kg,力月西0.08-0.1mg/kg,哌库溴铵0.1mg/kg,芬太尼5μg/kg静脉注射诱导。Ⅱ组先依次静脉注射力月西0.08-0.1mg/kg,哌库溴铵0.1mg/kg,芬太尼5μg/kg,第5分钟静脉注射依托咪脂0.3mg/kg,第6分钟行气管插管。结果Ⅱ组较Ⅰ组的麻醉诱导平稳,气管插管应激更小。结论两组均能较好的用于心血管患者的麻醉诱导,Ⅱ组更适于心血管患者的麻醉诱导。
