摘要
欧盟新近实施的REACH构成对我国外贸的一种贸易技术壁垒,这一贸易技术壁垒将对我国化工行业及其相关下游行业的进出口产生深远而巨大的影响,我国的出口将在REACH的实施之后面临更大的压力。但是,REACH带给我们的并不应当仅仅是诸多挑战,我国的化工行业及其下游行业也应当积极地抓住这一机遇,提高认识,完善预警机制,促进产业升级,实施联合注册,增强国际竞争力。
REACH implemented by EU comes to be a kind of technology trade barrier to China＇s foreign trade, and this barrier would influence the chemical industry and its downstream industry a lot. accordingly that China＇s exports would face greater pressure after its implementation. However, besides the challenge REACH brings to us, there are also opportunities to be grasped to improve our knowledge, to reinforce the warning system, to facilitate escalation of the industries, to implement collaborate registration and to enhance the global competitiveness.
