磁性纳米线反磁化机制随磁化方向变化的微磁学研究

摘要 采用微磁学模拟的方法对不同直径有限长Ni纳米线的反磁化机制随磁化方向的变化关系进行了研究。发现有限长纳米线与无限长纳米线理论模型不同,几乎所有直径范围的纳米线的反磁化机制都会随磁化方向发生变化,不同直径纳米线反转机制有所不同,但随着角度(磁化方向与纳米线长轴之间的夹角)增大,反转模式都是由0°时较复杂的反转模式逐渐过渡为90°时最简单的一致反转模式。 Magnetization orientation dependence of the magnetization reversal mechanism in magnetic nanowires with different diameters was investigated by micromagnetic simulation. The results show that the theoretical model of finite nanowire differs from that of infinite nanowire. It was found that the reversal mechanism of finite nanowires significantly depends on θ, the angle between the field direction and wire length for almost all diameters. Though the reversal mechanism varies with the nanowire diameter, the reversal mode changes from the complicated reversal to the coherent rotation in all diameter range with the angle increasing from 0°to 90° .
