摘要
通过对宝钢和攀钢无水氨系统的比较,我们认为控制溶液摩尔比和酸度是防止腐蚀的关键因素。另外,用直接蒸汽加热接触器以脱出酸性气体,并将酸性气体引入煤气系统,对于减缓腐蚀十分必要。
Through the comparison of the anhydrous ammonia systems of Bao Steel and Panzhihuan Iron and Steel Group, we think that the controls of mole ratio and acidity of solution is the key factor for preventing corrosion. In addition, for corrosion reducing and retarding, it is necessary to use steam directly to heat contactor to remove acidic vapor and to lead acidic vapor into gas system.
