摘要 高校是普及、传播、弘扬中国武术的主阵地之一。目前,在高校武术教学中存在的教材内容脱离实际、"所教非所学"的现状,对武术的继承和发展极为不利。要改变这一状况,必须进行武术教学改革。文章采用问卷调查和对照试验等研究方法,认为应从教学观念、教材内容、教学方法、教学模式、考试办法等多方面切入,树立以人为本,以学生发展为本的思想,积极实践和探索,寻求高校武术教学改革的有效途径。 Colleges and universities are one of the main positions, which popularize, spread and carry forward Chinese martial arts. At present, there exists the status quo, which is the material contents are divorced from reality and the teaching is not what to study, is extremely unfavorable to the inheritance and development of the martial arts. In order to change the situation, colleges and universities must deeply understand the current status quo, and reform the martial arts teaching. This paper adopts a questionnaire survey and a controlling experimental survey and other research methods, and puts forward that martial arts teaching reform should be involved in many aspects: such as concepts, materials, methods, mode in teaching and examination methods and so on. It also should establish an idea of people - centered and students development -oriented, meanwhile positively practice and explore, seek effective ways of martial arts teaching reform.
