摘要
舆论监督是新闻媒体的基本功能之一,但媒介在开展舆论监督的实践中,官司缠身的现象十分普遍,常常“监督止于官司”。基于此,本文认为媒介开展舆论监督时应该把握住力求真实、维护大局、客观公正、有错必纠、勇于应诉等原则。
Supervision by public opinion is one of the essential functions of news media. However, when public opinion supervision is carried out, it＇ s common that the media are pestered with suits, thus being reluctant to stop. In view of the phenomenon, the author of this paper believes that when carrying out supersion the media should hold such principles as striving to be as authentic as possible, considering the situation as a whole, keeping objective and impartial, righting every wrong, and having the courage to reply to appeals.
