摘要 对圆板式橡胶支座做了抗压试验和橡胶硬度试验,在试验的基础上根据橡胶材料特性和橡胶支座行为特征基本理论,建立FEA模型,并对橡胶支座在轴心均布加载工况进行应力分析,结合支座抗压试验变形数据和支座内部应力分布规律证明该FEA模型基本正确,由计算结果可以看出在支座内部存在着应力分布不均匀的现象,同时还可看出圆板式橡胶支座圆周橡胶保护层具有减小支座内部剪应力的作用。 Through the compression tests of circular plate type elastomeric pad bearings and rigidity tests of the elastomer,the FEA model is founded according to the characteristic of the elastomer and primary theory of the elastomeric bearing behavior, and the stress of the plate type elastomeric pad bearings is also analyzed.Result shows the deformation datas of the compression tests and the law of stress distributing within the bearing prove the FEA model correct, it also shows uneven stress distributing within the elastomeric bearing and that the protective layer around the circular plate type elastomeric pad bearings could diminish the shearing strength within the elastomeric bearings.
