人力资源成本管理是人力资源管理的重要途径和方法。科学合理地构建高校人力资源成本管理体系,对于人力资源成本管理的研究和实践具有重要指导意义。本研究旨在为高校人力资源成本管理构建一个体系,使其符合科学的研究方法,为高校人力资源成本管理的进一步深入探索提供思路。
In era of knowledge-driven economy,the human resources and human resources cost are contents that the administrator pays close attention to most, and it is important way and method of manpower resources management that the human resources cost is managed, structure university＇s human resources cost management system scientifically and rationally,have important directive significance to the research and practice of cost management of human resources.This text aims at structuring a system for university＇s human resources cost management, make it accord with scientific research approach ,point out the direction for the further investigation of university＇s human resources cost management.
