摘要
针对企业定额的应用现状及其存在的问题,提出在目前条件下企业需要尽可能的降低定额的编制成本;同时使其能够凸显企业的管理和技术优势所在,从而为合理的低价中标提供依据。基于上述观点,结合最新的研究成果,为企业定额的编制提供了一些可供参考的改进建议。在完成上述工作的基础上,进一步探讨了应用企业定额所需要的支持条件。
On the basis of the present situation of enterprise norm, proposes that enterprises should try their best to reduce the compilation cost. At the same time, enterprise should also make sure that the norm can perfectly shows the advantage in technology and management of itself, so as to provide basis of reasonable low price in international project contracting. Based on the abovementioned point of view, with the latest research fruits, some improvement methods to the establishment of enterprise norm is offered for reference. On the basis of the above discussed, the supporting conditions of application of enterprise norm is further studied.
