摘要
提高建筑业在工程建设项目上的附加价值,是中国建筑业突破低效率、低效益困境的关键。借鉴价值链的理论和方法,通过对工程价值的构成规律的研究,运用价值管理研究的理论来增加价值链中各组成部分的价值,有助于建筑业实现价值增值,提高产业效率,找到增加效益的突破点。
Enhancing the architecture industry in the engineering construction project＇s attached value, is the key to breakthrough the low efficiency and the low benefit difficulty position in the Chinese architecture industry. Using the theory and the method of the value chain, researching the constitution rule of project value rule, increasing each constituent value in the value chain by using the value management research theory, is helpful to realize value increasing in the architecture industry, to enhance the industrial efficiency, and to found the breakthrough point to increase benefit.
