摘要
在综合分析目前煤矿灾害事故的特点和规律的基础上,本文以瓦斯事故、水灾事故、顶板事故、煤尘事故、机电运输事故、火灾事故和放炮事故为评价因子构建了煤矿灾害事故评价指标体系。运用层次分析法合理确定评价指标体系中各灾害因子的权重,并应用给定的综合比较法确定矿井安全等级,使评价结果更具科学性和准确性。
Based on the synthetical analysis to characteristic and law of present colliery accidents,the paper constructed the appraisement index sys-tem for colliery disaster with gas accident,flood accident,roof accident,smut accident,electromechanical conveyance equipment accident,fire accident and blast accident serving as appraisement factors. Hierarchi-cal analysis approach was applied to determine reasonable weight of each accident factors in the appraisement index system,and compre-hensive comparison approach given in this paper was applied to deter-mine safety grade of mine,which makes appraisement result more scientific and accurate.
