摘要
利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热解气相色谱-质谱(Py/GC-MS)等测试手段对C-9石油树脂进行表征,以期获得有关石油树脂大分子链骨架、侧链、特征基团等结构信息。结果表明:C-9石油树脂大分子链是以苯乙烯、(邻,间,对)-甲基苯乙烯、双环戊二烯、茚、甲基茚等结构单元为主体的弱极性物质,分子链上存在烯烃双键。这样的结构特征也使C-9石油树脂的主体碳链连结着丰富的苯系支链而具良好的粘结性能,另外石油树脂大分子链上的烯烃双键为活性基团的引入提供了可能。
With FT - IR and Py/Gc - Ms instrumentation, the C- 9 petroleum resins were characterized to understand the structure of the resins. It showed that the big molecule chain of C- 9 petroleum resins was a non - polar material that consists of styrene, (o, m, p) - methyl styrene, indene and methyl - indene. The molecu- lar chains of resins exist unsaturated double bonds. This structure also featured the mai'n carbon chain of C - 9 petroleum resins linked many benzene homologues as branched - chains, therefore C- 9 petroleum resins had a good bonding properties. In addition, unsaturated double bonds of the molecular chains provided introducing active groups to the big molecule chain of C- 9 petroleum resin with a possible.
