摘要
通过采用有限元ansys,分析了螺旋焊管成形过程中带钢的变形特征与焊管管壁层间的应力情况,并在实验室进行了验证。基于理论与实践分析,提出了一种特殊工艺过程——锥形螺旋焊管成形工艺,这种工艺在实际操作中将明显优于现有的传统工艺。
Deformation features and stress condition of welded pipe walls between lower surface and upper surface during forming process of the spiral welded pipe were analyzed by FEM. It was verifed in the laboratory.Based on It was verified theorical and experimental result, a special technical processing of conical spiral welded pipe was put forward.The technology will be superior to the existing traditional technology in the actual operation.
