摘要
公信力是NPO的生命线,但中国的NPO目前正面临公信力危机。这种危机的原因是多方面的,既有非营利组织自身的种种问题直接导致NPO自律意识与自律能力的低下,又有外部问题直接导致了NPO他律机制的不足与乏力。本文将针对这些原因提出自律机制与他律机制相结合的综合监督机制,以期重塑中国NPO的公信力。
Athough accountability is thought to be life of NPO, NPO in China laces crisis in that aspect, The reason for this is complicated. On the one hand, NPO itself has many problems which resault in low self - discipline consciousness and ability, and on the other, problems caused by external factors make the heteronomy of NPO become weak. This article try to put forward a integrative supervisory mechanism which integrate self- discipline and heteronomy, in hope of reconstruction the Accountability of NPO in China.
