大开孔率填料支承装置填料洗涤塔的设计与工业应用

摘要 介绍了填料洗涤塔的塔体、填料、填料支承装置和液体分布装置的结构和设计。目前已有数十套使用组合式液体分布装置和大开孔率填料支承装置的填料洗涤塔在运行中,最大塔径达4800mm,工业生产装置的实测数据表明,填料洗涤塔的烟气出口温度与进塔的液相温度相差1.5~2.0℃,填料洗涤塔的气相压力降为500~700Pa。 Structure and design of tower body, packing, packing support and liquid distributor for a new type of packed tower are described. Now, dozens of the packed towers using combined liquid distributor and large opening ratio support are operating, with the biggest tower diameter of 4 800 mm. The measured data from industry installation showed that temperature difference between outlet gas and inlet liquid of packed tower was 1.5 - 2.0 ℃ and gas pressure drop cross packed tower was 500 -700 Pa.
