摘要
以奶牛初乳为试验材料,测定了常压状态下与真空状态下的冻结温度,得出电阻变化率约1MΩ/min作为共晶点温度选取依据。从节能出发,试验确定了较佳冻结温度。
The frozen temperatures of cow colostrum were measured under both the normal pressure and the low pressure.The electric resistance at the changing rate of 1MΩ per minute was employed to determine the eutectic point.
