摘要
以聚酯二元醇,TDI和三羟甲基丙烷为原料,对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)进行改性,经一系列实验后,合成出了单组分的三元接枝共聚水性PVB改性聚氨酯胶粘剂。并对共接枝机理进行初探,同时对其外观、固含量、吸水率、膜的透气性、胶的pH值、初粘力和粘接强度等物理特性进行了检测。实验结果表明,各项性能指标均符合要求,胶粘剂气味小、无污染且使用方便,是一种环保胶粘剂。
This paper is based on polyester diols,TDI and trimethylol propane as raw materials for PVB modified. After a series of experiments,synthesized the one-component waterborne of ternary graft copolymer PVB modified polyurethane adhesive. As well as tentative graft mechanism,such as appearance,solid content,water absorption, the membrane permeability,gum pH,initial tack, and adhesion strength,etc, and other physical characteristics were detected. Various performance indicators to meet the requirements. Furthermore,the adhesive so small odor,pollution-free,easy to use,is a green chemictry adhesive.
