从本单位实例出发,围绕加强企业管理,管理出效益问题,对研究所用人、提高产品质量、开发新产品、降低成本和抓好销售五个环节进行了探讨。实践表明:研究所做的改革工作是基本成功的,企业连续几年获得了较好的经济效益。
Taking the institute as an example, for increasing enterprise's effect, thepaper discusses strengthening enterprise management under the following headings: personnel administration, product quality, new product development, opreation cost and market.Practice indicates that the institute has made a successful reform of above mentioned pointswith a great economic benefit for several succession years.
