摘要
本文介绍了西门子S7—200系列PLC在攀钢线材厂集卷液压装置电气控制系统改造中的应用，应用PLC不但成功地代替了原继电器控制系统的控制和保护功能，而且还增加了节能功能，优化了系统。本文叙述了工艺及控制原理。
The paper presents the application of S7-200 series PLC in the technical reform of electric control system of collection-roll up hydraulic device in wire-rod plant of Panzhihua Steel Group. PLC has been successfully used not only to substitute the controlling and protective functions of the original relay control system but also to add the function of electrical energy saving, thus optimizing the system. The paper also explains the technological process and its control prlneiples.
