摘要 以荷兰班德菠菜(耐寒性较强)、丹麦胜先锋菠菜(耐寒性较弱)为试材,对其过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量、总叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性的变化进行测定。结果表明:在低温(10℃/5℃,昼/夜)处理过程中,POD活性呈先升后降的变化趋势,MDA含量、可溶性糖含量和相对电导率增加,总叶绿素含量下降但变化规律性不强;可将MDA含量、可溶性糖含量和相对电导率三者结合起来作为菠菜幼苗耐寒性鉴定的参考指标。 To figure out the effects of low temperature on physio-biochemical index in spinach, the activity of POD, MDA content,the soluble sugar content, the chlorophyll content, the permeability of cell membrane were tested with two spinach cultivars( Bandolero and S&G). The results showed that under the low temperature,the activity of POD increased in the early time and then decreased, MDA content, the soluble sugar content and the relative electrical conductance increased, chlorophyll content decreased. MDA content, the soluble sugar content and the conductivity percentage had close relation with the coldness tolerance of spinach.
