摘要
将TiH1.924粉末放在氮气氛中进行高能球磨,反应合成了纳米级TiN,并与以Ti粉为原料的反应结果进行了比较。结果表明,以TiH1.924为初始粉末,可使TiN的反应合成速率提高。
Nano structural TiN powder was synthesized with TiH 1 924 powder in N atmosphere by high energy milling,compared with Ti powder as primary powder,it is shown that the synthesizing rate of TiN will be increased if TiH 1 924 is taken as a start powder. \
