摘要
研究了影响H—700透射电子显微镜高压电子枪性能的因素,并采取了相应解决办法,其中发现喷射氟里昂是真空检漏的一个好途径,由于技术路线正确,修复后高压电子枪的真空度可达1.33×10^(-3)Pa,而灯丝寿命明显提高。
The factores effecting on properties of eletron gun of H - 700 transmission electron microscope were studied and corresponding measures were taken. It is found that spraying freon is a good method for vaccum leak detecting. With the maintaining by the correct method, the vacuum inside the high - voltage electron gun was kept at 1.33 × 10-3Pa, and the lifetime of the filament was remarkably prolonged.
