摘要
"社区银行"这一概念在国内银行业方兴未艾。理论界普遍认为应当引人社区银行发展模式,作为改革中小金融机构,解决中小企业融资难问题的途径。美国社区银行经过100多年的发展,其治理和运作模式己较为成熟。介绍美国社区银行的发展轨迹,分析美国社区银行长盛不衰的原因,为国内引入这一经营模式提供借鉴。
The concept of community bank is given attention by more and more people. It is considered at large that community bank is an approach to small -medium financial organization innovation and to solve the financing of small -medium corporations. American community banks have a history of more than 100 years and mature prosecution mode. The paper introduces developmental track of American community banks, analyses why American community banks have succeeded for a long time, in order to provide enlightening function on the decelopment of the community banks in our country.
