摘要 棉包不锈钢丝纤维织物系采用一种特殊的纺纱工艺,在超微细不锈钢芯丝外面包覆棉纤维制成包芯纱或线,再经织制而成。针对该织物独特的性能制订染整各工序的工艺条件,提出具体注意事项,其基本工艺为:二正一反气体烧毛、碱氧一浴冷轧堆练漂、直辊-布铗-直辊丝光机丝光,控制染后的红外和热风烘干,并进行柔软拉幅整理。该工艺可有效解决皱条、断丝、破边和泳移等问题。 Core-spun yarn of cotton covering supermicro stainless steel was made by special spinning process. Aiming at its unique properties, processing conditions and matters needing attention in operation were put forward. The following process can effectively solve defects of crease formation, stubble, torn selvage, and migration, such as gas singeing with two on face and one on back, cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching with alkali and hydrogen peroxide in one bath, mercerizing , carefully controlling infrared and hot air drying, and softening in stenter.
