摘要
针对我国旅游酒店业的实际,指出酒店在生产、服务与管理等方面应如何应用清洁生产的思想观念、技术和方法来提高酒店的经济、社会和环境效益。
According to the promotion development of tourism, how to apply idea, technique and means of cleaning prioduction to improve the economic and environment efficiency in hotel production, service and management was put forward.
