摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对甲维盐微乳剂进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法的标准偏差为0.007;变异系数为0.35%;线性相关系数为0.999 9;平均回收率为99.99%;适用于2%甲维盐微乳剂的质量控制和产品检测。
Two pereants 4-Amino -7-chloro -5 -fluoro -2, 3-dihydro -2 -methylbenzofuran mieroemulsion was analyzed by HPLC. The resuhs showed that the average rate of recovery was 99.99 % while the standard deviation was 0.007, the coefficient of variation was 0.35 % and the linear correlation was 0.999 9.
