摘要 目的:评价Broden位X线监控在跟骨关节内骨折切开复位内固定手术中的价值。方法:19例23足(男15例,女4例;左侧16足,右侧7足)跟骨关节内骨折切开复位手术中侧轴位X线监控满意的患者,增加Broden位X线监控,评价其关节面情况。结果:单纯依靠跟骨侧位和轴位片评价复位质量良好的7例在Broden位X线监控下发现关节复位质量不佳,主要是关节面分离。结论:Broden位X线监控可以良好显示跟骨骨折关节面复位情况,有助于医生在手术中完成解剖复位。 Objective:To evaluate the value of fluoroscopy of Broden position in open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods:Nineteen patients(23 feet) of intra-articular calcaneal fracture,including male 15 and female 4;left 16 feet and right 7 feet.The lateral and axial fluoroscopies of all the patients were satisfactory during the open reduction and internal fixation,meanwhile,fluoroscopy of Broden position were used to evaluate the articular surface.Results:Fluoroscopy of Broden position determined the reduction of articular surface was not satisfactory in 7 feet while those were acceptable in the routine lateral and axial view of calcaneal X-ray examination.Conclusion:Intraoperative fluoroscopy of Broden position can satisfactorily view reduction of articular surface and guide the surgeons to obtain anatomical reduction.
