摘要
目的:评价Broden位X线监控在跟骨关节内骨折切开复位内固定手术中的价值。方法:19例23足(男15例,女4例;左侧16足,右侧7足)跟骨关节内骨折切开复位手术中侧轴位X线监控满意的患者,增加Broden位X线监控,评价其关节面情况。结果:单纯依靠跟骨侧位和轴位片评价复位质量良好的7例在Broden位X线监控下发现关节复位质量不佳,主要是关节面分离。结论:Broden位X线监控可以良好显示跟骨骨折关节面复位情况,有助于医生在手术中完成解剖复位。
Objective：To evaluate the value of fluoroscopy of Broden position in open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods：Nineteen patients（23 feet） of intra-articular calcaneal fracture,including male 15 and female 4;left 16 feet and right 7 feet.The lateral and axial fluoroscopies of all the patients were satisfactory during the open reduction and internal fixation,meanwhile,fluoroscopy of Broden position were used to evaluate the articular surface.Results：Fluoroscopy of Broden position determined the reduction of articular surface was not satisfactory in 7 feet while those were acceptable in the routine lateral and axial view of calcaneal X-ray examination.Conclusion：Intraoperative fluoroscopy of Broden position can satisfactorily view reduction of articular surface and guide the surgeons to obtain anatomical reduction.
