摘要
基础设施建设周期长、投资回报稳定安全,非常适合保险资金运用的安全性、收益稳定性、支付确定性的要求。目前我国保险资金正缺少长期投资工具,投资基础设施无疑是一种利好的选择。保险资金投资基础设施目前可选择证券化投资模式和资金信托模式。基础设施投资规模大、操作复杂,我国保险业对这个领域的投资缺乏专业经验,因此有效控制风险是投资制胜的关键。
The infrastructure construction will last a long period but has a stable and secure return rate of investment, which can greatly meet the needs of security of operation, the stability of return and the certainty of payments in managing the insurance capital. At present in China insurance capital lacks of long--term investment instruments and infrastructure investment is undoubtedly a kind of favorable choice. Up to now insurance capital may choose securitization model and fund trusting model in infra- structure investment. As the large scale of investment and the complexity of operation in infrastructure, insurance industry in China is short of experiences in investing in this field. Therefore effective risk management is the key to the investment.
