摘要
中国走向市场经济的渐进改革过程是一个规模浩大的实验过程,是“摸着石头过河”的制度演进过程。邓小平提出的“大胆地试”、“摸着石头过河”的不断试错的方法,包含了制度创新中带有规律性的东西。但渐进主义的改革方式之选择,同时也决定了中国改革进程中当前出现的矛盾和问题,为此需要在科学发展观指导下协调推进改革,实现改革的新突破。
Being bold in trying and groping the way across the river is the method which is adhered to in China＇s gradual reform. This method involves regular processes in institutional innovation. However, the contradictions and problems appearing during the process of market-oriented reform are also a result of the choice of the gradualist reform method. Consequently, we need to advance coordinated reform and realize new breakthroughs under the direction of the Concept of Scientific Development.
