微波-超声波提取与常规法提取红芪多糖的比较研究 被引量:20

摘要 [目的]比较常规法和微波-超声波提取红芪多糖的差异。[方法]以红芪药材为试材,利用常规法和微波-超声波法提取红芪多糖,通过苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量,比较两种提取方法的差异。[结果]两种提取方法得到的多糖含量差别较大,常规法得多糖含量为4.19%,微波-超声波法得多糖含量为8.98%。微波-超声波法提取红芪多糖有较大的优势:提取时间大大缩短,可避免红芪多糖的分解;所用仪器简单,操作方便。[结论]微波-超声波法提取中药成分的效率高于常规提取法。 The objective of the research was to compare the difference between conventional method and microwave-ultrasonic method in extracting Radix hedysari polysaccharide.With medicinal material R.hedysari as tested materials,the conventional method and microwave-ultrasonic method were used to extract R.hedysari polysaccharide to determine polysaccharide content by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry and compare the difference of 2 kinds of extraction methods.The contents of polysaccharides obtained from 2 kinds of extraction methods had great difference.The content of polysaccharides from conventional method was 4.19% and that from microwave-ultrasonic method was 8.98%.Microwave-ultrasonic method had such greater advantages on extracting R.hedysari polysaccharide as that the extraction time was shortened greatly,which could avoid the decomposition of R.hedysari polysaccharide and the instruments were sample and convenient in operation.The efficiency of extracting components of traditional Chinese medicine by microwave-ultrasonic method was higher than that by conventional extraction method.
