摘要
以3个淮山品种为材料,比较不同培养基及培养条件对淮山茎尖愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0mg/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L+琼脂4.0 g/L是诱导淮山茎尖愈伤组织较好的培养基,诱导率达88.9%;光照与黑暗两种不同的培养条件对愈伤组织的诱导无显著差异。
The effect of the different factors on induction of callus in yam stem-tip culture was compared,and three yam varieties were cultured with the different culture media and conditions.The result showed that,the culture medium of MS＋6-BA 2.0 mg/L＋NAA 2.0 mg/L＋sucrose 30.0 g/L＋agar 4.0 g/L was best than others,and its rate of induction was 88.9%,at the same time,there was no significant difference in the induction of callus when yam was cultured in the two conditions of light and dark.
