门诊注射室护士按绩效分配薪酬的实践与体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的体现"以人为本",提高门诊注射室护士的工作热情和主动性。方法改进门诊注射室护士薪酬制度,设计各护理班次的工作得分表,每日统计各自的工作量,根据工作流程要求,设定绩效分配系数。结果提高了护士的工作积极性,缩短了病人的治疗时间。结论新的薪酬制度可使护士及时发现和解决护理工作中出现的问题,提高护理管理效能,加强门诊护理的安全性。 Objective Based on " human - oriented" concept,the salad' system in injection room was reformed based on working performance, so as to improve nurses' working entllusiasm and activity. Method We reformed the salary system in injection room,designed the working efficiency form for each nursing duty,calculated the workload of each duty and identified the distribution coefficient based on performance. Result This practice improved nurses' working enthusiasm, ensured the nursing work to be implemented carefully, found out and resolved the problems in nursing work timely and ensured patient safety. Conclusion The reformed salary system can make the nurses to find out and resolve the problems in nursing woke timely,improve the efficiency of nursing management and strengthen nursing safety.
