摘要
四川广安气田主产层须六属典型的低孔隙度低渗透率产层,必须在射孔后再加砂压裂才能投产。在4个射孔-压裂方案中,选择了用51型无枪身射孔器过油管射孔然后加砂压裂的方案。论述了选用该方案的原因,51型无枪身射孔器的研制过程,射孔和加砂压裂施工简况。应用效果证明该方案是对低渗透气田开发的一种正确的射孔完井方法。
The rock petrophysical properties of main reservoir in Guang'an Gas Field, Sichuan, decide that perforation must be followed by sand fracture in its gas layer developing. Selected from 4 schemes is the scheme of perforating with type-51 body-free perforator followed by sand fracturing. Presented are reasons to select the scheme, developing process of the type-51 body- free perforator, and main operations in perforating and fracturing. Applied results show that the scheme is one of correct perforation-completion methods for developing such low permeable gas field.
