摘要
责任的实现是责任问题探讨的关键。当前我国社会责任的实现面临着特殊文化传统的制约,主要表现在三个方面:传统责任观中的部分内容已经过时,需要进行反思和批判;传统文化缺乏对独立人格的重视,不能塑造有效的责任主体;传统重义轻利的价值取向无法建立起一套有效的责任与权利相统一的机制。这些是当前责任建设不能回避的问题,也是当前责任实现的现实任务。
The realization of responsibility is the key for the discussion of responsibility and it in face of the restrict of special cultural tradition that is exhibited in three aspects： part of the traditional responsibility concepts are obsolete and should be rethinked and criticized; the traditional culture cant cultivate effective responsibility subject and pay little attention to the independent personality; traditional value option that attaches more importance on the righteousness than the profits, so the effective mechanism that combines duty with right hasnt been established. These are all the questions that can＇ t be avoided during the process of responsibility construction, and to deal with these questions is the current task of responsibility realization.
