摘要 根据凸轮非圆磨削运动的特点,采用恒线速度控制并建立了相应的数学模型。在西门子840D数控系统下开发了凸轮非圆磨削控制软件。利用MATLAB强大的运算功能设计了凸轮非圆磨削运动的控制算法,并以COM组件技术实现了控制软件对该算法的灵活调用。 According to the movement distinction of cam non-circular grinding, the control strategy that the linear velocity of grinding point keeps constant during grinding process is adopted and the relative mathematical model is also built. The control software developed for cam non-circular grinding is applied to Siemens SINUMERIK 840D CNC system. Taking full advantage of the strong capability in science computing of MATLAB, the control algorithm of cam non-circular grinding movement is programmed. And MATLAB COM object is used in the control software written in Visual Basic to realize the hybrid programming.
