国际玉米品种农艺性状的鉴定及遗传变异的研究

摘要 在贵阳对从国际玉米小麦改良中心引进的七组共101个玉米品种进行了农艺性状的鉴定和遗传力和遗传变异系数的测定,结果表明:供试的国际玉米品种具有较大的产量潜力。然而,大多数品种表现晚熟,植株和穗位均偏高,收获时籽粒数含水量偏大。六个性状中,以散粉日数的遗传力为最大(81.33%),随后依次是吐丝日数,株高,水分含量,穗位高和产量。而遗传变异系数以产量性状为最大(9.62%),随后依次是穗位高,株高,散粉日数,水分含量和吐丝日数。 Six main agronomic characters together with their inheritabilities (h) and genetic coefficients of variance(gcv) were evaluated and measured with 101 experimental varieties(EV) of maize from CIMMYT, arranged in seven trials in Guiyang. The results indicate that CIMMYT EVs showed great yield potential. However,most of the EVs performed late in maturity, high in plant and ear locations,and high in kernel moisture at harvest. In the six characters, days to pollen has the highest inheritability (81.33%), and then in order are days to silk, plant height,moisture,ear height and yield, Yield has the highest gcv(9.62%) ,and followed by ear height,plant height, days to pollen, moisture and days to silk.
