摘要
研究了利用19F-NMR技术分析样品中甲磺酸帕珠沙星药物的含量.以三氟乙酸钠为内标(内标绝对法)进行定量分析,回收率99.2%-100.9%,标准偏差为0.004 46%-0.065 2%,变异系数小于1.459%.
Study of quantitative analysis methods by the application of ^19F-NMR internal standards to analyze fluoride in Pazufloxacin mesilate samples.The method takes trifluoroacetate natrium as its interal standards,with recoverice 99.2%-100.9% and coefficient of variation was less than 1.459%.
