结果:治愈率A组高于B组(P<0.05),阿托品中毒A组明显少于B组(P<0.01),住院时间A组少于B组(P<0.01),农药中毒反跳A组出现机会少于B组。
Objective:To investigate the security and feasibility for the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide (AOPP) with atropine by indication of body-temperature and sudation. Methods :128 patients with AOPP didn't take severe diseases of heart ,lung, liver or kidney before poisoning. They were equally divided into two groups. The atropine dosage for Group A was indicated by body-temperature and sudation, and for Group B was indicated by atropinization. The cure rate, the atropism rate and the hospitalization days were evaluated . Results:The cure rate in Group A was higher than Group B (P〈0. 05). The atropism rate in Group A was lower than Group B (P〈0.01). The hospitalization days in Group A was lower than Group B (P〈0.01). And the rebound of pesticide poisoning in Group A was lower than Group B. Conclusions:It's clearly safe and feasible that the atropine dosage is indicated by body-temperature and sudation. So it can be a feasible project for the treatment of AOOP.
