摘要
新课标明确要求小学英语教学必须教语法,并确定了相关的内容。但在教学实践中如何把握语法教学的"度"以及实施的"法"值得研究。笔者认为,小学的语法教学必须考虑到教学对象的年龄和心理特点以及认知能力,避免过多地强调语法规则的教学,而应使语法教学情景化和兴趣化。
It has been explicitly requirod in the New English Curriculum Standards for Elementary Schools that grammar must be taught; in practice, however, it is worthy conducting a close study on the effective approaches of teaching and the appropriate extent of grammar instruction. The present paper points out that when teaching grammar to elementary students, the teacher must take into account the featuros of the learners' age, their psychological factors and cognitive ability, and should avoid a direct instruction of abstract grammatical rules. It is suggested that grammar teaching should be conducted in a meaningful context and in a situation in which students can be maximally motivated. Besides, the application of Kolb's learning model in elementary school grammar teaching is also introduced.
