摘要
利用四球摩擦磨损试验机研究了硫、磷复合添加剂在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:含硫、磷极压抗磨添加剂的复合使用可产生增效作用,使菜籽油的极压抗磨性能不同程度的提高;试验还表明添加剂的量并非越高越好,否则WSD值增大。
With a four - ball friction - wear test equipnient and rapeseed oil used as base lubricant, the tribological properties of sulphur（S- ）and phosphorus（P- ）compound antiwear additives were investigat- ed. Results revealed that both S- and P- additives enhanced the effectiveness of rapeseed oil lubricant and the antiwear properties. The amount of additives should be under certain level so as not to cause WSD decrease.
