摘要
民初政党林立局面是近代政党观念和政党政治思想在中国进一步传播的结果。虽然民国初年政党迭兴是革命带来的新气象,但也反映出民初政党的畸形与病态,它决定了在民初的政争中,政党是不可能起到决定性的作用的。
The situation of parties standing in great numbers in the early Republic of China is caused by the further spread of the modem party concept and party ideology . Although the party change in the early Republic of China brought the new phenomenon for the party , it also reflected its malformation and morbidity , which was decided that it was impossible for the party to play a decisive part in the party struggle in the early Republic of China.
