摘要
采用正交实验优选了中草药银杏叶有效成分最佳溶剂提取条件,同时对提取物有效成分进行了定性检测。结果表明:银杏叶黄酮的最佳提取条件为乙醇体积浓度60%,回流温度80℃,提取时间3h,在4000cm^-1-500cm^-1区间内进行红外光谱扫描,所得谱图与分子结构式相比较,验证提取物为银杏黄酮类化合物。
The orthogonal test was designed in order to see about the best experiment conditions of extracting flavones compound in Ginkgo and then the extractions were further qualitative tested. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extracting flavones were that ethanol volumetric concentration was 60%, reflux temperature was 80℃,and extraction time was 3 h. Using IR spectrum to scan in the part of 4000cm^-1-500cm^-1, the obtained spectrum was accordant with the molecular structural formula,so it was that the extraction was flavones.
